Dr. Lauren, alongside her ALIGN Dream Team, founded Align Chiropractic in February 2022.

Dr. Lauren is a third generation Calhounian. She is married to her best friend, Ryan Bryant and together they share a 1 year old daughter, Miss Leddie Love. If Dr. La isn't adjusting patients, you can find her spending time with her family somewhere in nature! From the beach to the mountains and lakes, she loves the outdoors and considers herself an avid outdoorswoman. She grew up hunting and fishing with her father. Involved in a plethora of extracurricular sports from a very young age, she developed a passion for health and wellness throughout her 15 year journey as a Firehouse Gym manager. Dr. La shines when she can enhance the performance of the multitude of athletes that she cares for through manual manipulations, therapeutic modalities and physiotherapy.

Dr. Lauren is a 2008 Alumni of Gordon Central High School. She did her undergraduate studies at Dalton State University. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree upon graduating from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in May of 2020. She absolutely adores working on and watching babies, children and pregnant moms grow! She is beyond honored to serve and genuinely care for everyone in her beloved hometown!
